35 years old. Boyfriend? Dumped me at his brother’s wedding - in Mexico. Career?
I flew home to find out my latest foray into sales has left me with legal action pending. Living situation? Well, I have £390.28 in my account right now and rent is due tomorrow (actually, today) - it’s 1.28am as I write this…
But at least, 3 years after running away, I’m back home in my favourite city in the world, London (it just so happens to also be the most expensive...)
But at least I have my thoughts eh.

So, it turns out, when your life blows up there’s a gap where you ask, “Okayyy… what tf now?” . You can either answer this question as A) the version of yourself that got you here, or… B) as the version you always wanted to be 👑. The difference? Your own self perception. That’s it.
Because when you finally get really, brutally, totally honest about the HUGE gap between how you see yourself now and how you WANT to see yourself… - THAT is when you can break the cycle, once and for all.

As soon as I saw this mindset starting to work out for me, I began turning each mental breakthrough into a memorable exercise that I could come back to - whenever I started down that slippery slope into my old self concept thought patterns again…
I’m SO proud that I’ve finally cleaned them up into weekly frameworks and exercises - the same ones that are now guiding me through rebuilding my dream life - one area at a time. My exercise books are messy, they're personal, and they're working!!!
